R., &amp; Rollnick, S.,2023.\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MI\u7531William\u00b7Miller\u548cStephen\u00b7Rollnick\u4e8e1990\u5e74\u4ee3\u521b\u7acb\u5e76\u9010\u6e10\u5b8c\u5584\uff0c\u6700\u65e9\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u9157\u9152\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u7269\u8d28\u4f7f\u7528\u969c\u788d\uff0c\u5c1d\u8bd5\u89e3\u51b3\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u52a8\u673a\u4e0d\u8db3\u6216\u6297\u62d2\u6cbb\u7597\u7b49\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u6982\u62ec\u6765\u8bf4\uff0cMI\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u300c\u4ee5\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u4e3a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u300d\u53c8\u300c\u517c\u5177\u65b9\u5411\u6027\u300d\u7684\u52a9\u4eba\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u6ce8\u91cd\u5408\u4f5c\u4e0e\u5f15\u5bfc\uff0c\u7740\u529b\u57f9\u517b\u4e2a\u4f53\u7684\u5185\u90e8\u52a8\u673a\u4e0e\u6539\u53d8\u51b3\u5fc3\u3002\u5f53\u52a9\u4eba\u8005\u719f\u7ec3\u8fd0\u7528MI\u65f6\uff0c\u4f1a\u901a\u8fc7\u63a2\u7d22\u4e0e\u5316\u89e3\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u7684\u77db\u76fe\u5fc3\u6001\uff0c\u5e76\u4ece\u6574\u4f53\u7684\u6539\u53d8\u5386\u7a0b\u51fa\u53d1\uff0c\u4f9d\u636e\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u6240\u5904\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u6539\u53d8\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5fc3\u7406\u5e72\u9884\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u534f\u52a9\u4ed6\u4eec\u9762\u5bf9\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6539\u53d8\u76ee\u6807\/\u9776\u5411\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u6539\u53d8\u7684\u52a8\u673a\uff0c\u67d4\u5316\u963b\u6297\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u79ef\u6781\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u6539\u53d8\uff08Miller, W. R., &amp; Rollnick, S.,2012.\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MI\u5386\u7ecf\u56db\u4ee3\uff0c\u4e5f\u7ecf\u8fc7\u4e86\u4e09\u5341\u591a\u5e74\u7684\u5b9e\u8bc1\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5df2\u88ab\u8bc1\u660e\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u6709\u6548\u7684\u52a9\u4eba\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002\u7279\u522b\u662f\u8fd1\u4e9b\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u5fc3\u7406\u5b66\u754c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5fc3\u7406\u54a8\u8be2\/\u5e72\u9884\u6548\u679c\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u53d1\u73b0\u5171\u540c\u56e0\u7d20\uff08common factors\uff09\u5bf9\u7597\u6548\u7684\u8d21\u732e\u66f4\u5927\uff0c\u800c\u5171\u540c\u56e0\u7d20\u5b9e\u64cd\u5316\u7684\u96c6\u5927\u6210\u8005\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u4fbf\u662f\u52a8\u673a\u5f0f\u8bbf\u8c08\uff08Wampold, B. E.,2015.\uff09\u3002\u5982\u4eca\uff0c\u5173\u4e8eMI\u7684\u7597\u6548\u7814\u7a76\u5df2\u6709200\u4f59\u7bc7\u5143\u5206\u6790\u7814\u7a76\u548c\u7cfb\u7edf\u6027\u7efc\u8ff0\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u73b0\u5728\u53ef\u4ee5\u660e\u786e\u7684\u662f\uff0cMI\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u6210\u5206\u4e0e\u90a3\u4e9b\u8de8\u52a9\u4eba\u884c\u4e1a\u53ca\u7406\u8bba\u53d6\u5411\u800c\u5173\u8054\u66f4\u597d\u7597\u6548\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u6280\u672f\u6709\u91cd\u5408\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u4e5f\u8bb8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c06MI\u7684\u672c\u8d28\u89c6\u4e3a\uff1a\u90a3\u4e9b\u53ef\u4fc3\u8fdb\u52a9\u4eba\u8005\u66f4\u4e3a\u6709\u6548\u52a9\u4eba\u7684\u6280\u5de7\u7684\u6574\u5408\uff08Miller, W.
